9 great things about wearing Rad8 MTBglasses

It's been a great couple of weeks for Rad8 MTBglasses.  The weather has been good, most of the time and we have been out and about with a trade stand at a few events, the MTB meetup in Llandegla being our favourite!
With an increasing number of Rad8 MTBglasses converts, these are the benefits of joining the Rad8 MTBglasses club;
  1. You are part of a select group of riders who have seen the light
  2. As most of the glasses are photochromic you can mtb in all weathers and don't need to stop in the trees to take your glasses off and they have an anti-fog coating
  3. You are protected from the rocks and hazards commonly kicked up from the trails. Always wear protection
  4. You can mtb for a long time in endurance events without the need to take your glasses off
  5. You can have a beard and the glasses still fit
  6. You can also be an MTB girl and the glasses still fit..
  7. You can replace the lenses when they get damaged
  8. The frames are not black so you get style points for choosing something slightly different
  9. If you buy the polarised versions you can look really cool on and off the bike
You should always wear glasses to protect your eyes on the trails and if you want to be part of the Rad8 MTBglasses club please take a look at our website

As summer gets underway there are loads of guys out there testing the Rad8 glasses, challenging themselves and generally having a great time on the bike.  Here are a selection of the great posts this week.

It isn't until you try on another brands sunglasses that u realise how good @rad8mtbglasses are. Both are light reactive, the Rad8's on the right have actually gone clear inside, the others I'm still waiting to see change.

5 more reason mtb riders should wear Rad8 photochromic glasses

Wearing protective clothing when out on the MTB trails is a no brainer. The case for wearing glasses is straightforward but why should you pick some Rad8 Photochromic MTB glasses...
Here are 5 more reasons why you should consider some Rad8 MTB photochromic glasses this weekend
    1. There is a £30 discount off the first 30 pairs of glasses sold this weekend with code r830ph so you could get a bargain (ends 01/05/17)
    2. You can wear them longer and stay protected longer.  See reviews.  They don't fog up and they change when its shady, quick enough to allow you to see in the trees.
    3. You can wear them at night or if you get stuck out in the the woods too long with a puncture you will still have some protection.
    4. The weather is rarely sunny particularly on a bank holiday so its better to wear something you can use in typical UK weather.
    5. You can also surprise your mates when you walk into the cafe and you can still see where you are going.
You need to wear protection, why compromise with ordinary glasses - get some Rad8 photochromic MTB glasses and see the world differently

    2. Keep your body light by putting as much gear on your bike as possible, frame bags, seat bags, bike pouches.
    3. Improve your MTB ride by inserting tokens in your front forks to improve the fork performance.  It seems like a good thing to do - see video
    4. Read the Lonely Planet's EPIC rides book for inspiration on your next adventure.

3 reasons why MTB riders buy Rad8 MTBglasses and 3 things they say after buying them!

Based on customer feedback before and after buying glasses these are the main reasons MTB riders buy Rad8 MTBglasses and what they subsequently say about them
    1. Protection. MTB riders who buy glasses from Rad8 want protection from the glare on bright days, want to be able to see in the trees and keep the mud out of their eyes.
    2. Anti-fog.  All MTB riders seem to be fed up with their existing glasses glasses fogging up .
    3. Replaceable lenses. Glasses will get scratched so having replaceable lenses in a pair of glasses extends the life of the glasses and keeps the costs down when they get damaged.
After MTB riders have used the Rad8 MTBglasses for a few rides these are the most popular comments
    1. The frames are really comfortable - they can wear them all day
    2. The lenses are great- whether it's the distortion free polarised glasses or the photochromic lenses
    3. They don't fog up and more often than not forget they have them on when stopped
